I believe that this quote is saying that you have to take care of all aspects of yourself, you cannot just take care of one, or two, because then you will be unbalanced. All three of these aspects are a packaged deal, they come together or not at all. For example if there is a person that is in great physical shape and has great spirit, but sadly lacks mentally and only has bad thoughts then they would not, as a person, be fufilled. A person needs to have and achieve all of these attributes at the highest level they can or they will not reach their greatest potential. In order to achieve the mental aspect of these attributes you could play games that make you think, such as sudoku, chess, crossword puzzles, word searches, and/or checkers. To physically prepare yourself you can eat healthy and try to exercise everyday. Spiritually you can work on your emotions and do yoga to be at peace with yourself.
