Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities: 
 A person with this type of job has a main duty of taking care of a resident at his or hers home. This includes rehabilitation, nursing care, and drug administration, this all oversees to ensure the patient's more than standard living. A person with this type of job can have a job setting that ranges from a nursing home to a patient's home.

Salary: $109,235

Education: 
You need a minimum of a bachelor's degree to become a nursing home administrator, but a master's is the most common degree used on the field. 

Demand or Need for this Profession: 

Some of the demanded key skills for this job include having leadership skills, being organized, being able to communicate well, and having the knowledge of safety and health codes. You will also need a licence and experience with the job.

I would not like to be one because I believe as an adult I would barely be able to take care of and for myself, imagine the responsibility and management required to take care of an elderly, nonetheless a home full of elderly's who need more care than other people.
